General Membership Meeting 18 July 2026

The Sons of Liberty Chapter will hold an IN PERSON General Membership Meeting.

Please join us on Saturday, July 18th at 12 noon until 2:00

The Tam O’Shanter has been a regular meeting place for Sons of Liberty Chapter SAR for years, and we are pleased to meet at the Tam!

The more people present, the better! Make plans to attend our regular meeting at the Tam!

There is no official dress code, but most of our members wear a coat and tie to attend our General Membership Meetings. If you’d like to buy an official SAR tie, speak with our Treasurer at our next meeting!

ON HOLD is Compatriot John V. Richardson, SAR Member, who will speak on Goin’ Off to War: Black Powder and Related Weapons in the American Revolutionary War.

To identify the types of weapons and their component parts;  To cover all the items, you would need to shoot: flint, powder, bullet mould, ball, wadding, and musket; and, To encourage you to join the Color Guard (there are medals after three years)!
